She ends up sending a formal notice and as she still does not receive a response, in August 2010, she files a complaint with the CDPDJ.<\/p>\n<p>Two mediation sessions later, the mayor of Plateau Mont-Royal at the time, Mr. Luc Ferrandez, accepted the complainant&#8217;s terms, namely to make the 98 terraces of the borough universally accessible.<\/p>\n<p>The architectural firm Provencher Roy won the call for tenders and according to their plan, the borough will impose the accessibility of the terraces as of the summer season 2012.
