The complainant, who is traveling in a motorized wheelchair, lives with her husband and two daughters on the 3rd floor of an apartment building where there is a dilapidated elevator which often has a difference in level between the elevator floor and the floor where he stops.<\/p>\n
This happens more and more often and more importantly each time. Obviously, the victim can no longer get out of the elevator and must ask for help from the neighbors, the firefighters. She calls on her owner, who puts her in charge of the elevator breaking. The victim feels doubly oppressed since they also feel contempt for the hijab they wear. The lady decides to file a complaint with the Human Rights and Youth Rights Commission (CDPDJ). After several hours in mediation, H.K. accepted the agreement (repair of the elevator + moral damages).
