As the complainant is the beneficiary of a service dog from the Mira Foundation, he mentions this when he makes his reservation by chat on the EVO website.<\/p>\n<p>The agent replied that EVO does not accept dogs. The victim replies and explains that he is not an ordinary dog, etc. Nothing helps, the attendant maintains his position.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s when the victim contacts us. We write his complaint and the respondent accepts mediation. The mediation session goes rather badly. What is asked of EVO is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>That EVO accept guide dogs as well as assistance dogs;<\/li>\n<li>A universal accessibility policy<\/li>\n<li>A written apology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So we don&#8217;t have a mediation agreement.
